Very disappointing experience with this Honda dealership. I purchased my vehicle brand new from this same dealership, which is why I trusted them when my vehicle needed body repairs. I specifically chose to have the repairs done at the Honda dealership because I believed they would provide the highest quality workmanship, use the proper parts and procedures, and return my vehicle to me in excellent condition. The repair was for the rear fender and rear bumper. Unfortunately, after I picked up the vehicle, I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the work. The repair looks poorly finished and does not look like the level of workmanship I expected from a Honda dealership—especially from the same dealership where I purchased my vehicle brand new. Honestly, I regret choosing the dealership for this repair. I brought the vehicle there specifically to avoid having a poor-quality repair done at an outside body shop, because I wanted to make sure the job was done correctly. Instead, the result was so disappointing that I believe a good independent body shop could have done a much better job. I’m really happy with my experience at this location. Mike runs a great shop here and he’s definitely turned me into a repeat customer. It’s little things like building rapport with your customers and demonstrating real subject matter knowledge that go such a long way, and Mike and team demonstrated this. I brought my Highlander in for a few reasons, and Mike and team diagnosed the issue with laser accuracy. I was told what needed to be done, and the services were performed quickly. I was in and out much quicker than if I brought the car to my dealership. The honesty, integrity, and excellent client experience are reasons I’d recommend this Pep Boy’s location. I’d bring my car back here any day and gladly - it beats waiting at the dealer for 3+ hours.

I've been here twice in the last couple of months, once for emergency maintenance since they were the only place I knew would be open on July 4th - and they were quick and great. More recently I tried to get new tires from them, since it was $10 more than Costco and I didn't have to wait a week for an appointment. After they inspected the car, the mechanic told me I easily have another 6+ months on the current tires and to just get them rotated. This honesty speaks more to the quality of the work here than anything else. I never thought I would be a Pep Boys customer but this is now my go-to shop. Brian and Michael are terrific.

Mike provided excellent customer service during my inspection at Pep Boys. He was very pleasant, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process. He made the experience easy and welcoming. I really appreciated his great attitude and would be happy to return because of the service I received!

First time dealing with Pep Boys Auto #1626 at 13929 Hillside Ave, and I had a great experience from start to finish. I called ahead to ask if an appointment was necessary, and the person on the phone was very nice, pleasant, and professional. He clearly explained the pricing and let me know that if I brought the car in right away, they should be able to service it. About 20 minutes later, I arrived at the store and was welcomed by a very professional and attentive team. They took care of me immediately. I was impressed by how efficiently they handled multiple customers at once, answering phones, helping another customer waiting for an estimate, and assisting me all at the same time while still remaining courteous and organized. After about 15 minutes, I asked if I could leave and return when the car was ready. Just 15 minutes later, I received a phone call, and since I missed it, they promptly followed up with an email letting me know my car was ready for pickup. When I returned about 30 minutes later, they even asked whether I wanted my invoice printed, emailed, or both, a thoughtful touch for customers who prefer to save paper. I chose the email option.
